1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. U.S. orders include free standard shipping. International orders may have additional shipping charges, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our belts are custom-made.
- Production time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery: 3–5 business days (U.S.) | 7–15 business days (International)
Please note that courier or customs delays are outside our control, but we will assist you in tracking your order.
3. Can I customize my belt?
Yes! We offer personalization such as adding your name or text on the back of the belt. Simply select the customization option when ordering and enter your desired text.
4. How do I choose the correct size?
Please use our size chart before placing your order. Measure your waist across the belly button (not your pants size). Allow a 2–3 cm margin of error as each belt is handcrafted.
5. What is your return policy?
- We only accept returns if there is an error on our end (wrong color, defect, or if we send the wrong size).
- We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection or change of mind.
- Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery if an eligible issue arises.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started, as all belts are made to order. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
7. Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, we do accept bulk/wholesale requests for gyms, teams, and fitness communities. Please contact us directly at info@griplifters.com to discuss custom pricing and designs.
