At Griplifters, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our premium gym gear and handcrafted automotive decor. Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.
Damages and Issues (Defective or Wrong Items)
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@griplifters.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right. If the error is on our end, we will provide a free prepaid return shipping label and replace it immediately.
Eligibility for Returns & Size Exchanges
We want you to shop with absolute confidence.
- Accepted Returns: We accept returns and size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: The item must be in brand new, unused, and unworn condition.
- Shipping Costs: For standard returns or size exchanges (due to customer error or change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalized custom orders (e.g., belts with your custom name printed on them), unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered after delivery.
How to Start a Return
To start a return or exchange, simply contact us at info@griplifters.com. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
