Powerlifting Belt Size Guide – Find Your Perfect Fit
At GripLifters, we want your belt to feel as strong and comfortable as your lifts. Use our size chart and measuring guide to make sure you get the perfect fit for your new anime-inspired powerlifting belt.
How to Measure Your Waist for a Lifting Belt
- Stand up straight and brace your core as if preparing for a heavy lift.
- Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your midsection at the belly button level (not where your pants sit).
- Record this measurement in inches (or cm).
- Use the chart below to select the correct belt size.
⚠️ Allow for a 2–3 cm margin of error, since each belt is custom-made.

Tips for the Best Fit
✔ Your lifting belt should feel snug but not painful when bracing.
✔ Always measure your waist at the belly button, not at your pants size.
✔ If your measurement is at the upper end of a size, choose the next size up for comfort.
✔ Remember, custom belts are non-returnable if the wrong size is selected.
